Freedom of Religion and Belief in Post-Soviet Dictatorships

John Kinahan works for Regent’s Park College, University of Oxford, and is a member of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Panel of Experts on Freedom of Religion or Belief, and of the OSCE ODIHR Advisory Board on Freedom of Religion or Belief and Security.

In this interview, he has shared his thoughts on why we should care about freedom of religion and belief, what the current state of play is in the areas where his work focuses, especially Georgia, and how we can pray and act in response.
