“Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, NACCOM has been hearing from members about the value of listening to people with lived experience, and how this is helping to shape service design.
In collaboration with Refugee Action’s Good Practice and Partnerships Team, which has been researching and consulting with people with lived experience, this webinar will explore how Experts by Experience are uniquely placed to help to develop innovative service design through partnership working. The workshop will look at the importance for organisations to involve people with lived experience and how to identify and build upon the strengths and opportunities of harnessing the voices of people with real lived experience.
The webinar will involve Experts by Experience and partner organisations in sharing case studies, key areas of learning, findings from the Good Practice Teams research and consultation alongside interactive sessions to explore what involving experts by experience means and how it has the power to change.
Tickets to this event are free. This event is an open event and welcome to all.
