“We will be running another pop-up bookshop on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th July at the Friends Meeting House, Market Street, Charlbury. There will be over 4,000 books to browse, including over 2,000 FICTION TITLES, children’s and young adult books and lots of non-fiction. Many of the books are second-hand but in very good condition, a few are brand new, and all are being sold at bargain prices. It will be a perfect opportunity to stock up on reading material for the summer holidays…
There will also be a range of good quality second-hand women’s clothing for sale – again at bargain prices.
So please do pop along, we’d love to see you there. The shops will be open 2 to 5pm on Friday 16th and 10am to 5pm on Saturday 17th. We are only able to take cash (or cheque) payments and we’ll have Covid-safe measures in place.
If you can’t make it to the bookshop, you can still browse our catalogue of over 4,500 donated titles, most of which are priced at 50p or £1. Books can be collected from central Charlbury by arrangement.
All proceeds will go to help refugees in France and Greece.“
