Welcome to the Forums (or Fora, for those of us who are purists) These provide a location where you can join in discussion with others who share your concerns.

"Active Forums" (those with the most recent posts) are listed on the left. If you click on the title, you'll go straight into the forum.

If you want to see a list of all forums, click "enter the forums" below and then click again on "Open Forum." This will produce a list of topics, showing also the date of the last post. Click on the title to enter any topic.

If you would like to post a reply, you can add your comment directly below the posts you are reading. You will be asked to preview it and then to send it for posting. Comments are moderated; yours will appear once it has been approved by the moderators. This is necessary to avoid abuse of the system.

If you would like to start a new topic, you will need to be a registered user. To register, go to the "Log In/Register" box on the left hand side. Click "Log In/Register" and then "Create New Account" You will be asked to provide your name, a user name, your email address and a password.

You will notice that on the Forums list, there is a separate category called "Table Talk." This forum is only accessible to members of CCOW Table Talk groups. If you'd like to find out more about Table Talk, click here. NB: If you are in a Table Talk group and wish to use your Table Talk forum, please make sure you are logged in, and select your Table Talk group from the menu on the left to use your forum rather than the open forum.
