Ash Wednesday: Beginning of "Carbon Fast," "Journey to Jerusalem" and "Count your Blessings"

As Lent begins, Tearfund and Christian Aid start three different programmes that can help you to act and reflect throughout the forty days. The Carbon Fast gives simple ideas for reducing your carbon emissions every day. Journey to Jerusalem will take participants on an interactive tour of the Holy Land, listening to its people. And Count Your Blessings asks participants to be mindful of things many people in the UK take for granted -- a bath, a cookbook, a drink of milk -- and to contribute for the good of those who don't have such things.
